Roto-Rooter

I am so grateful for this company. I have been having plumbing/septic tank issues for going on 7 months. I have had 5-6 different companies come out. none have been able to locate my septic tank or fix my plumbing issue. roto rooter was my last hope and I'm mad at myself for not calling sooner! they found my septic tank within 5 minutes. not only that but they also found a stoppage in our downstairs shower which was causing our main issue. they recommended we have our septic tank pumped. I scheduled another appointment and they came out today and took care of it. prices are reasonable and they work fast and efficiently! I dont plan on having anymore plumbing issues but if I do I know who to call!

What a day! We woke up to the septic alarm ringing to let us know that the water pump had stopped working. Instead of calling the company that gave me a subpar pump (that lasted less than a year) again, I tried this company. I was thrilled that they would be able to get to us the same day. So, we cancelled our plans with my family to wait for the tech. He arrives before 4 p.m. on a Friday and informs us that the parts store closes in 30 minutes and we could replace the pump ourselves. You read that right. We waited ALL day to be told we could do the work ourselves. So, my husband is off to get the pump and try it himself. I have nothing nice to say about their work because I haven't seen it. The lady on the phone was nice, so here's one star.

After a week of hard rain, our septic tank just couldn't hold another drop. I called the Cleveland office and they set us up for a pump out. Jeff came when expected. We have had our tank pumped out 3 or 4 times since living here. What Jeff did today amazed me. I had no idea the tank had two openings because previous companies only opened one—they would be here in only a few minutes! But Jeff cleaned the tank! After he pumped it out, he spray washed the inside and ran a line into the exit canal. I will never use another company. And I appreciate a man that does a good and through job!
