The first two times I used them they were excellent. They showed up on a weekend at the exact time they said they would and did a thorough job. That's why this is two stars and not one. I called them three weeks ago and they said if they couldn't get there by that Friday evening they would come Monday but never did. I called them that following Friday, a week after the first call, and they said they would call the technician to see when they were planning to come but I never heard back. I called again Monday and there was no answer.

No-show, after I called twice to confirm they'd be out. ETA: apparently a miscommunication. They did show up the next day and did fix the problem.
