We needed a new toilet and I reached one of the owners, who promptly set up an appointment and made a recommendation. Their cost was more reasonable than two other companies. If you have any plumbing problem call Alliance Plumbing and Drain. They just fixed a leak in our basement. The main water line pipe that connects to our basement wall broke, as a result, water sipped in through the foundation wall. We look at different plumbing companies and found Alliance has 5 stars review everywhere on the web. Alliance lives up to their excellent review. They are prompt, courteous, honest, dependable and the price is reasonable. Alliance will always have our business. Superb services.

I only gave 5 stars because I couldn't give more. The guys at Alliance are excellent! We had an issue with our kitchen sink and Alliance came out and corrected the problem quickly. We were very impressed! They were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. While they were at our house, we had them provide an estimate for a new water heater. Based on how they handled repairing our sink, we will be using them for all of our plumbing needs. I strongly recommend using Alliance Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.

It's hard to find honesty and integrity in today's world. Alliance Plumbing is an example of one of the good guys. I called seven (not an exaggeration) other plumbing companies including three of the giants you hear on the radio and no one could come today or even this weekend. Of course, I only had the availability of four of those seven because the others were just too busy to answer. The story wasn't the same when I called Alliance. An actual plumber answered. Not a call center. Not a robot. Not a voicemail. THE ACTUAL PLUMBER. But wait! It gets better! He talked me through determining whether or not it was an appliance leaking vs an actual plumbing problem. If it was an appliance, I needed a repairman or get a new one. If it was plumbing, he was going to come out to the house SAME DAY to check it out for me! He asked me to investigate and call him back. Turns out I need a new fridge and the water line to the ice maker is leaking. After turning the water off at the back of the fridge, the leak slowed and stopped and I can stop worrying about any possible damage. Honesty. He could have just come out and charged me for a service call or just shrugged and said 'oh well hope for the best'. He even called me back to make sure the leak was stopped. I found my plumber. Seriously.
