We've had our updated A/C, dual heat system for the last 7 years. It was installed by Assured Comfort. We know we have saved about $700 dollars each year by having the new units as well as having zone systems put in. We did the zoning two years previous to the units. We had a standard builder grade unit which could not cool or heat the upstairs properly. The zoning with dampers and an upstairs thermostat helped (Assured comfort installed). We then decided to replace the entire system (dual heating -heat pump and furnace/cooling) and have been so pleased with the outcome. We use less electricity and gas every year and we have the ability to move to solar power if we decide to get panels in the future. The upfront cost was an investment but the savings each month have been worth it. We also have a service plan with Assured comfort where they check our heating system in the fall and cooling in the spring. We just had Chris T., our technician, do our cooling check. He made some suggestions for ongoing upkeep (allergies) to help us. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. I have been very satisfied with my 10+ years of service from Assured Comfort. I would recommend them to anyone!! I highly recommend if you have a system that is 10 years old and/or put in by a builder to consider replacing it if you are paying a lot each month for heating/cooling. You will not regret it.
I used Assured Comfort Heating Air and Plumbing service to repair my AC on 9/27/18 and exterior pipe plumbing on 12/31/18. In both cases, the technicians were very knowledgeable of their respective disciplines and provided quality work. The customer service over the phone was great, very professional. When you are spending your money this is the type of service and comfort you need. I would highly recommend this company.
I have had them come out twice, and both times they were very punctual and professional. Brandon was very friendly, and did everything in a timely manner.
