Best plumbing company! We had a leak in our house and they came out right away and took great care of us. Great communication, responsiveness and they really explained everything perfectly.

Great Experience with Tommy from Fitzgerald. When I contacted them to request a service call, , I identified my problem as water heater leaking from the bottom. Appliance was old so I assumed it needed replacement. Technician called and arrived on time as scheduled. He assessed my problem and quickly told me that my problem was a leaking valve, which i hadn't noticed underneath, and asked if i wanted him to just repair the valve. Immediate honesty and no pressure to sell the water heater on board the truck!!! Tommy was friendly, professional and proficient at his job. Needless to say, I went ahead with the replacement of the water heater as I was on 'borrowed time' due to the appliance's age. I highly recommend.

I've being doing business with Fitzgerald and Sons for almost 15 years. Not once have I been disappointed with any of their services. I have a tankless water heater that requires annual maintenance. Today, Chase was here to take care of it. During his visit he asked me about the valve where the water comes into the house. He asked if the pressure had been checked. I told him no one else had asked about it and everything seemed to be fine. To my surprise, my water pressure was 33 pounds and it should be 60 pounds. Never did I think to ask about it, the water pressure was that way when I bought the house and I thought it was the way it should be. Thanks to his simple question, the water pressure is where it should be and I am much happier, thanks to Chase's curiosity. Thanks Fitzgerald and Son.
