About 3 weeks ago, we had our tank pumped and got a email stating everything was warrantied since we had a filter replaced too. So today, I notice waste gurgling up from my sink so I go look at where the dug it up and there is a hole. The hole also has water rushing from it with the smell of a just opened tank. So, I called, spoke to a guy who cut a me off to say. Look I can't help you the business office is closed today... I respond with... Ok well the business phone was answered so I assumed the business was operational. So I asked what could he do for me on a Sunday and he tells me. "Nothing while you talk to me like that" so as I try to explain this guy just keeps cutting me off saying "its Sunday im not helping you its Sunday" so as I get loud back saying I am fully aware its Sunday I just got home from church. He says well good did you not learn any manners... If you want to talk about it call during the week I'm not helping you and none of our work is warrantied. Then he hand up the phone... So the guy is named jimmy. And I guess I have to go see him in the morning at his office since he wants to hang up and not answer. So this is the people you will be dealing with when you pay 600.00 for a tank pump and nothing is even wrong with it just to make something wrong with it to spend another fortune to have it fixed... I sure hope nobody has kids that have to bathe in a tub filling with human waste on a Sunday afternoon. Now I get to take my kids to the grandparents 45 min away just to bathe them for school tomorrow. Real stand up people until you give them your money, you are just a peasant after you do!!

Have dealt with them for both commercial and residential but wish EVERY time that I hadn't. They are rude and unprofessional. I would stay away from them if I were you.
