He doesn't ever want to take advantage of anyone and always gives you the option of doing it yourself by helping you understand how to do it. I've used Bruce on both of my houses and will continue to use him for every plumbing need. He is very competitive in his price and will work with you where needed. He was very professional taking steps to show me the issue with the leak as well as letting me see the finished work prior to shoveling the soil back in place. I bought and started slowly renovating an old home in Candler Park four years ago. I was very naive and inexperienced when I started the renovations, which led me to hiring tons of horrible handymen, painters, electricians, etc. Long story short, Bruce is the ONLY person I have used repeatedly over the last four years. He has fixed various leaks, repaired a cast iron sewer pipe, installed a toilet, replaced a water line, added a water line for a hose spigot, re-plumbed kitchen sink, and repaired a gas leak. He is reliable, honest, and I’ve never felt like he has taken advantage of me. The quality of his work is excellent. He also has a great attitude and genuinely cares about his clients. I can count on a text from Bruce reminding me to drain my water lines EVERY time freezing temperatures are expected in the winter....you can’t beat that kind of customer service!
