I was very pleased with the service provided by Affordable Plumbing. The office staff were extremely courteous and friendly while taking my call. She informed me they could send someone out today and would call before they arrived to give me a time and the names of the guys that would be working on my problem. They did and were very prompt. Josh and Jeremy arrived and were very nice and professional. Examined the problem and quoted me a price and explained what they would be doing. They went to work and within about 15 or so minutes had cleared up the problem and made sure the line was unblocked. The cost was more than reasonable for what they had to do and a lot lower than two other places I had called. I will definitely use them again for my plumbing needs.

These are the most professional and courteous people I have ever dealt with.. They explain the problem and how they will address how to solve.. They are always awesome on the price.. I have used them for all my plumbing needs..You won't be disappointed!!

Bridgette was great over the phone and was able to get a technician out the same day and it was late in the afternoon. The technician was great as well. He didn't have the part he needed and even though it was late in the afternoon, he went and got the part and installed it quickly. Quick work and great customer service. Bridgette and Cathy were great on the phone and kept us informed about our appointment. Matt and Jeremy did the work snaking out a badly clogged kitchen drain. They were pleasant, courteous, and extremely professional. They knew exactly what to do and took several extra measures. to make sure the problem was definitely fixed. We'll definitely call Affordable Plumbing again!
