I would like to Thank, Shane who handled our call, promising to have a technician at our home on such short notice to take care of our bladder tank. We were in a bind, and they came through. Anthony our service technician was very knowledgeable, finished our installation and set up the correct way. Anthony also provided my husband with good winterizing with educating us on the water valve for shut down. Ridge Plumbing is our go to company for plumbing and well. We were treated with reasonable pricing, which was great due to putting us as a priority customer. Thank you, Ridge Plumbing????????

Great place! Came out on a Sunday for some minor repiping work. The plumber was experienced and efficient and the rate was very fair!

My rental agent called and said I had a leak in a toilet. She would get a plumber to repair it. Got my monthly statement recently and the charge was $388!!! It says they rebuilt toilet with flush valve and tank to bowl kit and replaced bad flapper. Ok, but a whole new toilet could be had for $150. Looks like I paid twice as much as a new toilet costs and I still have an old toilet. Looks like they saw an absentee owner and stuck it to me!!!

Service was on time, work done was excellent. Service men were very good, Shane and Chris.
