I highly recommend Bynum and Sons Plumbing. Justin was able to come out the next day and inspect and pump a tank that had not been maintained for 19 years. Since it was buried deeper than current code allows, while there he installed risers on the tank so future services would be easier. He was a pleasure to deal with and the price was incredibly fair. Bynum came to pump my septic yesterday since I had slow drains, and I knew the time frame was right for pumping. Upon checking my level, and digging out around tank to check they stated it didn’t require pumping, and could go another year. NO CHARGE, and quality additional advice. My old local company likely would have charged, and they were double the price to start. This makes Bynum top of my list when the time does arise for pumping, and will definitely refer to others! TOP NOTCH customer service!!

These guys were great. Informed me when they would be there, called before arriving and showed up on time. Showed me what was going on, found a previously installed not needed part and also informed me that a cleaning didn’t need to be done. I went and did anyway since they were already there and had been so helpful and informative. Would recommend again and again.
