Jon did excellent work for our small nonprofit, helping to fulfill a grant we received. I would definitely use GTB Plumbing again and would highly recommend them to anyone else with plumbing needs!

Easy to schedule, showed up on time, polite, explained everything in layman's terms, and reasonable rate. Highly recommend, and surely will call on again if something breaks or we do expansion work. Follow-up: had something different break, contacted John, and had everything back up and running with his work the next day. Again, great, timely, kind, and reasonably-priced work.

John is a great guy and a great plumber. We use him for our primary residence and rental properties. He tells you like it is and gives great advice. Seriously, don't look anywhere else.

We recently used GTB for the first time to address leaking toilet. Another plumbing company had told us all 3 toilets in our home we leaking and needed to be replaced at around $700 each. At the recommendation of a friend, we called Jon for a second opinion. He came the next day and advised that the initial problem toilet did need to be replaced and only the supply line on the others should be replaced. He gave us advice on toilets and let us know we'd found a price for one that was better than he could get, so when all was said and done we saved hundreds of dollars. Jon was very easy to work with, timely, and did a great job. We highly recommend him and will definitely use him next time we need a plumber!
