I generally do not enjoy having to research home repairs, however, I am very pleased I went with New Era Plumbing. They were very professional and courteous during the entire visit! I had an issue with my downstairs mbathroom toilet, and my master bathroom sink. They were very detailed oriented during the process by explaining everything they were doing to get resolutions to the issues. It didn't take as long as I anticipated either. It was worth every penny.... If you want good, quality, friendly service TRUST ME on my review! Good luck!

I met Bob at a Douglas county chamber event. As it turned out, I needed a toilet replaced. My technician arrived early, ready to work, and did the job super fast. Highly recommend. And they sent a thank you card in the mail :)

Jamie was courteous and professional, and worked hard to take care of my leak completely. He did an excellent job of cleaning up after, and was cheerful even though it was later in the evening when he arrived. The office staff (I'm sorry for not remembering her name) was calm and kind, and scheduled my service quickly. I'm very pleased with New Era!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. CHARGED ME $480.00 TO REPAIR MY WATER HEATER AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE HOT WATER! CALLED THEM AND THEY NEVER RETURNED MY CALL! I HAD TO CALL ANOTHER PLUMBER TO GET THE JOB DONE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICE UNLESS YOU LIKE THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY!
