The service was prompt, and professional! Technician Nick Jones came out and did a great job to get it done!!!We called them again after I thought,I smelled gas once more and the owner himself and 2 other employees,came to check it out!! We really got the whole TEAM!!????????Thank goodness,it was false alarm!!! Thanks Universal!Awesome service!

Fantastic customer service and response. Unfortunately the work I needed was beyond the scope of Universal, but Tim & Purdie were quick to respond & help me understand what I actually needed to have done & even pointed me in the right direction regarding who to call.

What can you say about someone with the amount of personal integrity that came to my home today. Thank you universe plumbing for your choice of employees. Gene was not only troubling shooting the initial complaint but was taking into account other issues that were a probable cause and finding the real reason for my delemia . Thank you Gene, you are a true master at your craft.

The service technician was great. He took a look at issues we were concerned with, which promoted the initial call. He explained what was wrong and fixed the valve and replaced the overflow tank. Will definitely use them again.

May 24, 2019 was one of my best days as a homeowner. I had been dealing with water pressure issues since 2015. After $4k of unnecessary well pump and repairs by other companies, Universal Plumbing technicians diagnosed a connector under the house as the root problem, not at the well, in their first visit to my home. My only regard is that I didn't call them in 2015. Within 1 hour of arrival, the problem was fixed and I had great water pressure throughout the house. Ten days left, I still have great water pressure at all outlets at the same time!! Byron and Derrick offered excellent customer service on-site and I can't thank Claudia enough for excellent customer service over the phone!! Thank You Universal Plumbing! TDPerry, Happy Home Owner
