Drain-Rite Rooter

Wonderful experience! We had a clog in our main line and couldn’t locate the clean-out. I found this business through Google, called Matt, and he said he was at another job and probably wouldn’t be able to make it. He got ahold of me less than 30 minutes later saying he was on his way. Very patient and thorough. He unclogged everything and figured out where our clean-out was plus he pinpointed the exact break in the pipes, all for a reasonable price. Great business, great owner.

I have a septic tank that had not been draining properly for at least a month, causing back-ups in my showers and toilets. After having the septic pumped by another company, I was still having issues. I'm so glad I had Drain-Rite come out. I called at 11pm on a Friday night (they have 24-hour emergency service) and was able to have it taken care of first thing the next morning. So thankful for Drain-Rite! Would definitely recommend!

I called Matt in panic mode because I had water coming out from under my toilet, in bathroom tub, and wasnt sure if it was the septic or stopped up main line. Well, it was a stopped up line Matt was a great guy who explained everything using great details. He went beyond to help resolve my problem that same evening. I appreciate his hard work and dedication while working on my plumbing needs.

Matt was a great communicator and helped me ascertain that my plumbing problems were not related to my septic system and instead due to some problems with poorly installed plumbing. He was very pleasant, personable and professional. I highly recommend him!

Matt was quick to arrive, and didn't give up until our issue was resolved. Very fairly priced. We have had others out that didn't take the time to get to the root of the problem, but just cleared the immediate issue. Went above and beyond, and highly recommend. Should I need a rooter service again, Drain-Rite is the only call I will be making.
