Charles work was exceptional! My husband and I asked Charles to install a kitchen sink in our basement. There was no plumbing on that side of the house. That being said, he had to cut holes in the ceiling and install new plumbing across multiple rooms. Charles went over and beyond our expectations. The layout was clean and it looked as if we had it installed in the house when it was originally built. As for the holes in the ceiling, they were so strategically placed and minimal that our tenants didn't even recognize. Thank you Charles for exceptional service and you are definitely our go to plumber!

Agreed, Charles is the best plumber. Had an emergency in the basement. He stopped what he was doing to come out to assist, while other wouldn't. Stopped the leak for us in the evening came back in the morning and fixed the issue. Huge job, great price and awesome service and knowledge sharing. I recommend.
