Septic Express Plumbing

A year ago, Septic Express came to pump our septic tank. They seemed to do good work. However, we apparently need new drain lines. Ours no longer meet the county code. They said if we jetted the lines that they would warranty their work for a year and if I had an issue within the year they would at least come pump it for free. I agreed and paid $1300. Less than a year later, it backed up again. I called to have them come pump the tank to at least get me by but they refused to uphold the one year warranty.

Great company. Under new ownership from what I understand and I was very satisfied. Tony and his guys put in a new septic system for us and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. On time and inspection went great. They even took the time to do the best they could with our yard after it looked like a disaster. Thanks guys and I will definitely recommend you to friends and family.

Truly deserved 5 stars! Tony performed exactly what he diagnosed and offered it with good price. I definitely recommend Tony to everyone including my realtor. He was truthful, experienced, and EXCELLENT!
