Your technician called me early and let me know when he would be out. He was on time and very professional in both manner and knowledge. He quickly told me what the problem was and fixed the problem promptly. I was expecting a higher bill, and was pleasantly surprised since it was less than I expected to pay. Thank you so much for such great, honest service where service and honesty are almost a thing of the past.

I had a plumbing emergency, I called different companies and there was no answer or they couldn't come out till the next day. Then I called Winder Plumber Pro Service, he came out within 15 minutes.. and left everything so clean that I was very surprised with his professionalism.

Very good service. Technician arrived on time, very friendly and very professional. Listened to what our problem was, he analyzed the problem and went to work. I previously had another plumbing company come out and could not fix our problem, Michael found the problem and fixed it. Thank you for a job well done.

We had an issue with a leaky valve for a faucet in our bath. Whomever originally installed it did so in a very odd fashion that I couldn't have removed with out breaking. Plumber Pro sent out Brandon on an emergency call and he worked his tail off to get us fixed! For him to have been so courteous late on a Saturday evening and to provide the level of service he did was far beyond expected.

I should have done more research. I try to hire local and the job was done well but way over charged for the time it took and simplicity of the job. After further research it should've cost $450.00 max, I was charged over $700.00 just to drop in a new kitchen sink. I had everything there with little modifications. I also never recieved a receipt and he ran my card through his cellphone. I will find someone cheaper for my next project.
