This is a wonderful company. The young man that came to my house was very personable and knowledgeable. He did a great job and was able to guide us the direction we need to complete repairs to our septic tank problems. The office help was very helpful and kind. Great customer service.

We highly recommend their services! We called originally to have the septic pumped. They were a bit cheaper than other places. Marty came on the scheduled date. He did the job well and made an observation of a problem with the main line and we were informed that it would be recommend to replace a part of the line. A few days later Marty stopped back with Richard to review with us what would need to be done if we were to proceed, as I had not called back to schedule. Marty and Richard were patient explaining to us and answering our questions of the septic issue. We also had additional questions regarding a float sensor and some other things. All questions were answered and an appt was made for repair with a stated estimate for services. Marty and Derek came and on the repair date, made repairs and again explained/answered all of our multiple questions. It ended up being less of repair than we originally were told and cost way less. Yay! Thank you to Akin Plumbing, we'll be using you in the future when services are needed.

Clark did an awesome job from start to finish. We had an underground leak in our main water line, and he let us know up front that it may not be possible to locate because of how deep our builder buried the line and all of the possible areas it could be in. The only option if the leak couldn't be repaired was to replace the entire main line. Clark worked hard to find the leak, but we ended up having to get the line replaced because of tree roots and other debris obstructing the original. He was great with communication throughout the entire process, and went above and beyond to make sure the end result was to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Akins, and will be asking for Clark any time I need any other work done!

I ran into plumbing issues 4 days before Thanksgiving. We were not able to use any running water due to a collapsed pipe in our yard. After calling around to multiple local plumbers, Akins was able to complete the necessary work that needed to be done 2 days before the holiday. The crew stayed after dark to ensure that the job was completed in 1 day. Great work!
