I didn't have a good experience.

poor scheduling. I did a survey from a email I received about roofing specials in my area. in the survey it asked what kind I wanted i said metal. After finishing the survey my phone started ringing and because I didn't recognize the number I ignored it they called right back and did this 3 times in a row until I finally answered to a woman that could barely speak English and wanted to schedule home depot to come give an estimate for a metal roof the next day at 9 am. I received a reminder call that night at 730pm. next morning no show when I called they said I didn't call back and confirm appt and I told them the message didn't say to confirm it said it was reminding. so they said they would see if the contractor was still available to come and put me on a long hold. when they came back on the line I was told they didn't do metal roofs no apology for wasting my time. very sad this coming from home depot!
