I've been an Estes Customer for years and have found the service impeccable. Timely service and friendly people to due business with. I'm even able to request the same heating and cooling system specialist for all service visits and repairs. Definitely deserving of a five star rating.

I was sure glad to have Bryan visit us yesterday. Our old AC unit was on its last leg and had not been working well for serveral days. Bryan was quite helpful and got us in touch with Laverne Jackson in Sales to talk over our options... Laverne helped us decide on a new unit and worked us out a good deal. Thanks guys...

Great service. On time, very quick and very informative. We have been using for years and they are a great company. Lee is great! My dog tried to leave with him:) Love how they wear shoe covers before even stepping foot into your home. Highly recommended.

I hired Estes to do my AC/furnace replacement and couldn't have been happier with my experience. From their consultant Michael T. who patiently answered a million of my questions, to Daniel K. and David H. who did the installation, worked tirelessly all day despite the rain and yellow jacket nest close to the house entrance (sorry about that guys!), leaving everything super clean and answering questions along the way, to office staff Camille T. who helped with city permits and scheduling inspection -- the whole team was absolutely amazing and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommended!
