Head's Plumbing Sales & Service, Inc.

Its true that communication could be better (and I've found this to be fairly consistent with a lot of contractors) however, they do a great job. They sent 2 guys out to assess the issue I had and they were very professional insightful and pleasant. I was able to get scheduled for repair service. Once they came back for the actual repair and were able to further inspect, they realized it was an issue that wasn't actually plumbing. They were very good about the whole thing and didn't give me any grief about the time wasted. Everything was up front and they guys even offered suggestions for other issues I asked about. I'll hire them if I have any other plumbing issues.

From the reviews ive read so far im scared to call them. They dont answer the phone or return calls. Why even boter them with my issue. Good luck

Head's plumbing is an excellent company to do your plumbing. We have used them for years!!! Today Phil came and took care of my plumbing problems. He was very professional, knowledgeable and warm hearted!! I will always use this company!!!

They might be good, they might not be. The only way you would know is if they ever answer the phone or return your phone calls. But like other reviews have said, they don't answer the phone and don't return phone calls. Time to find a plumber who does.
