Had an “alarm” go off while my husband was away. I had no clue and Mr. Conklin was honest, forthright, competitively priced and quick to solve our problem. He went above and beyond to find a replacement for our pump. He treated me as an equal and explained the entire process to me so that I could relay it to my husband traveling abroad. Thankful for kind hearted and hard working people like W. Conklin.
