I wish I could rate this business more than 5 stars. This company has been in existence for a very long time. The customer service is outstanding and the owner knows exactly what he is doing, and he is very honest. I would recommend this company to any one who's seeking plumbing services! Ashmel's Plumbing Company is #1 in my book!!
These people are frauds and Mrs. Ashmel is very rude unprofessional and they come up with all these fees after you don’t want there service.. they tried to charge me 550 to remove my garage disposal then once I said no she wanted to charge me $185 service charge .. please take my advice runnnnn!!! Do not use them

Just when you think you've found a service where the owners aren't trying to get over...WRONG!!!! Nice to call and hear that it's free for a plumber to come out to give a FREE estimate...but it would be evenly lovelier for the company to tell you that they charge an $85 service charge!!!!! I never heard anything about a service charge until the plumber called the owners back for a price that I decided was too expensive...then I get hit with an $85 "service fee" that was never mentioned when I called to request an estimate. These owners are just trying to get over...DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!! The plumber gave excellent service but he works for owners whose intent is to get over on people.
Our experiences with Ashmel's plumbing has been tremendous. After facing a major plumbing crisis that started on a weekend, I called on a Sunday night, and the owner answered personally. He assured me that his crew would be at my home, first thing the next morning and they were. They were professional, highly skilled and extremely efficient. Our problem was resolved by Noon. Our next encounter occurred a year later, at which time the plumber came, gave a general evaluation of the problem, quoted a price for the service and obtained my approval. I paid the quoted price up front in cash, then left for work. Upon my return home, I found cash(30% refund), a receipt and an explanation of the work done and the reason why it didn't cost as much originally quoted. I will continue to use Ashmel's for any future problems that may come up!
