Called on a Wednesday and said they could come Friday. I work Fridays so they said they would come Monday. Did not show up. Called three times Monday with no answer. Had to call somebody else.
Keith saved me a lot of money by replacing the rods in my water heater instead of replacing the entire unit. It has been 6 months since the repair and everything is working fine. $150 versus over $800.
