I chose this company because of the good reviews. I was scheduled to have a water heater installed 2 weeks out because they were busy. When the time came for the install no one showed up. I got stood up for service. If your too busy that's understandable but please be professional about it.

AQUA Plumbing is a very reliable company. Brandon was really professional and very helpful. He worked with us and gave us several different options to get an additional gas pipe installed. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. Excellent service and great people to work with!

Aqua Plumbing replaced my garbage disposal. I was RIDICULOUSLY OVERCHARGED. When David arrived to do the work, my wife let him in the house. Although I was in the house, he obtained her consent ... she had no prior knowledge of the issue. Unfortunately they didn't quote the job before they arrived. The unit retails for $100 and took 20 minutes to install. Homeadvisor suggests paying an average of $180 for this job and that would seem reasonable. When I was presented with a bill for $475 I was stunned. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS. Mike, their Master Plumber, refuses to return my calls. If you run a business and can't face your customers ... you're in the wrong business.

I was really impressed with the operation. Brandon was assigned to my job and arrived just a couple of hours after I called. He came in, diagnosed the problems, and had them fixed within several hours. He cleaned up everything very nicely, and his estimate for the costs was reasonable. The final cost was even a little lower than the estimate. Best of all, I have 3 working toilets when before I had 3 "DIY projects" that required sawing off the toilet tank on two of them, and a replacement of a leaking valve leading to the tank on the third. I will call Aqua and Brandon again!

These guys save the day. My water heater failed the day before my daughters high school graduation. I had house full of out of town family. Janet kept her promise.She said I would be taken care of . Nima was my technician he was patient. Informative. My water heater was installed same day. Thank you for the superb service.
