I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. They sent one of their guys to unclog our toilet who recommended we install a new cleanout which would cost $800 because his machine wouldn't be able to fit in our toilet. He never looked for the cleanout around the house or anything and later the office started harrasing my wife to pay a fee of $50 that was never mentioned. How can a company charge any kind of service fee when they never even solved the problem in the first place! Its just ridiculous how these guys run their business. Another plumbing company charged 200 and solved the problem without a problem. Think twice before using them.

My girlfriend was having air conditioning issues in the house that she rents and the landlord called Buzzell to fix the issue. The workers were told that the A/C would run 24 hours a day without cooling the house below 72 degrees and the compressor had completely stopped working on two occasions. The workers simply cleaned the compressor and checked the coolant and left. When I went over to have lunch the house was 80 degrees the air handler was running but the outside compressor was completely off again. When I called Buzzell to let them know I was told that the workers recommend that the whole system be replaced and if we needed the air handler cleaned it would be $500-$600. When I went to see if they simply cleaned the drain line which is mainly responsible for these kind of issues I discovered that they never even inspected the air handler. When I called to ask how they knew that it would cost that much to clean and better yet recommend that it needs replaced when they have not even inspected it I was told that she was going to call the owner and get back to me. I have heard nothing back and the landlord could not find another company to come out for 4 days. Luckily I was able to easily fix the problem so she did not have to endure temperatures in the upper 90s with no AC while 6 months pregnant. This company was simply trying to sell a completely new system to an out of town landlord rather than performing a simple and inexpensive fix. In my opinion that makes them crooks. I would sooner melt in the heat than ever have them look at another HVAC system.

I absolutely recommend Buzzell Plumbing Heating & AC to friends, family, and all of you. I have been going to them for all my plumbing, heating, and even AC needs when I need repairs, and every single time, without fail, they complete the job just the way I want it to be completed. And they get the job done at the perfect speed, not too fast where you wonder if it was done correctly, and not so slow where you question if they even know what they are doing. I do not have one bad thing to say about them. They are an excellent service that is capable of fixing anything in your house, and I plan on going to them over and over again.
