I first called this outfit because I couldn't locate a leaking pipe. The tech arrived on time and isolated the leak beteen the meter and the house by installing a cutoff value ($150.00). The tech then told me he would come back the next day and give me an estimate and to cover the hole he dug and repair the pipe he broken. Why the next day puzzles me. Over the weekend I probed around the yard and located the broke pipe. 20 minutes worth of digging and $9.00 for glue and primer my probiem was solved.I called the office Monday to see what the next day means to them. An hour or so later the tech call me to give me an estimate over the phone. $1229 to make the repair. And $125.00 to fix the pipe he broken if I didn't go with his estimate. Well I told him to come cover the hole he dug and fix the pipe he broken and I will not be paying for that. They came out and took care of that at no charge and went about their way. He was trying to charge me major money for a small job I definetly won't be useing their service in the future.

We had a plumbing emergency (hot water heater burst) ... Covenant Plumbing moved their schedules around and were at our house in under an hour. They took care of the standing water in our basement, took off the old hot water heater, installed the new one AND they didn’t gouge us on fees or extra stuff. I was blown away by their service. Can’t recommend them enough!

The plumber followed professional protocol from arrival and throughout his service time. He was clear with his assessment of the problems presented and was pleasant to work with. The needs seemed to be met as to our toilet and garbage disposal. He noted there is 1 year guarantee on the work. The billing issued was addressed promptly. I would use this company again and request this plumber if possible.

I would not use this outfit again these people will try to nickel and dime you to death I had a toilet issue and I called covenant plumbing and was told by the lady it would be $55 for them to come out and look at the issue and if they did the work it would be rolled into the bill! They’re service technician Wesley shows up an hr and a half late from the original appointment takes my toilet up and tells me my floor is rotten and then packs his tools up leaves the toilet where he set it! And charges me $90 and says I have to have another contractor come fix the floor before they can fix it! I was fine with that but he refused to put the toilet over the hole, I planned on taping the toilet shut until I could get it repaired, BTW Dennis Smith my grand father is a long time customer of yours and he will no longer use your business nor will any of my other family members thanks for nothing you fu****g crook! I would give this place negative 10 stars if it was an option!
