I have used the Heath family for my plumbing needs for 40 years going back to Ricky's father Bill Heath who serviced all the needs I had in a restaurant that I owned in downtown Macon. The building housing the restaurant was old and consequently the plumbing was constantly compromised. Bill Heath showed up at at all hours even when the restaurant was working full bore around him as he repaired a disposal or unstopped a sink or dishwasher the whole time keeping us all laughing with his humorous banter. Recently Ricky stepped up in a big way and guided me through a situation involving a severe plumbing problem with a building I own that was in violation of city ordinances because an adjacent property owner had violated a sewer easement I own. Ricky's knowledge and patience helped me to navigate the situation that threatened to close down my business and help me and the city arrive at a successful solution. His employees and technicians displayed a high degree of professionalism and expertise and I will be forever grateful for the services they performed. In future I will continue to use Ricky Heath Plumbing for all my needs.

These guys were very quick and professional. We had a sewer line that was disconnected in our crawl space. They were at my house within 30 minutes of calling them. They explained everything they were going to do and why. Their price was great for the work they had to do. Will definitely use them for future plumbing needs.

I called their office to schedule for getting a quote for plumbing work, making a water heater already installed to supply hot waters to an additional sink near by. First time I called, they said someone will be dispatched by Tuesday, but when I called their office again to make sure a tech is coming, a lady who said she is a dispatcher told me my request was not on their work list. Of course very annoyed, but I tried to give one more shot and scheduled another appointment since their business has good reviews online. They promised they will send a tech Thursday. Waited 2 days, and I called the office and got answered by a random guy saying, "I'm sorry, but we can't work for you." Stunned, I asked reason why, and the guy kept saying no-we can't work for you. I ended up wasted a week for nothing and had to contact other plumbing services. What a horrible customer experience.

They were awesome had two guys come to the house pumped my tank they were done within an hour it was a little pricy but all in all was great
