My six year old water heater wasn't turning out hot water so I called West. Same day service that can't be beat. The plumber, Aaron, gave me a choice of repairs that could be done. Both were a lot less expensive than the cost of another new water heater. I am 100% satisfied.

We have used the West team to upgrade the water pipes, bathroom fixtures, install new plumbing and a garbage disposal. Their staff of professionals are always friendly, respectful and review the costs and steps involved before proceeding with any work. I highly recommend the West Plumbing team; they are great people!

Called them to fix my shower that keeps leaking and leaking. First guy shows up and supposedly said he fixed it. However it kept leaking and leaking, drives me crazy. Was not able to call back encause the first tech said I had a 30 day warranty (which was wrong) and I had to leave town. Once I returned home, it was still leaking and leaking. I did a review on this company and they responded within 24 hours. I gave them another chance to address the issue. Called them and they told me I had a 90 day warranty. Which was great because I was in the tail end in these timeline. However, they said that would honor the warranty and come out. You scheduled an appointment and they came out and on schedule. The owner showed up with the technician to show the importance of customer relations. He also introduced himself and the master plumber he brought with him. They put on booties to protect my floors, which was great. He also brought extra booties to switch after setting he first set after fixing the issue. So the issue was the initial valve they installed was defective which they said rarely happens. The leak is finally gone, yeah! Finally fixed and resolution is great. I appreciate the importance they put to their customer to address the issue. West Plumbing has been in business for over 50 years and it showed once they returned to my home. Definitely would highly recommend these guys to fix any plumbing issues you may have.

I cannot imagine a better company than West plumbing. We had our main sewer line collapse in numerous places and they were a godsend in getting it fixed. We called them for a second estimate and found their prices to be fair and their service to be above and beyond. You will not regret choosing this company for any of your plumbing needs. The first service we received was a camera inspection of the line and our technician was very honest, and communicated the problems to us very well. They scheduled our repair for the next day - as the situation was fairly time sensitive - and they finished the entire job in one day of work. They worked tirelessly and pristinely. They make sure the job is done right and that their customers are taken care of - and we are certainly taken care of with all of our drains working properly again! West knows the business, they know how to fix problems and they truly have your best interests at heart. They know how to run a business. West plumbing extended us the best care we could have imagined during a difficult situation. As homeowners (and first time homeowners at that) it is always wonderful to have a company you know you can trust when something needs fixing. We will certainly call West for any future problems and cannot recommend them more highly to the rest of the community.

Quick response with both the initial call and for the subsequent installation of the new gas water heater to replace the old worn-out water heater. Each step of the process was explained by Aaron, and both he and Ronnie were professional and friendly. They did am excellent job and we are very pleased!
