Good overall service. Called them to repair a wobbly toilet in my office. Customer service was good and the plumber arrived on-time and as promised. They provided multiple updates on plumber's arrival time which was nice. He ended up changing the flange to fix the issue. There was some confusion on the bill amount as they seemed to have a software glitch when we were charged. I called the next day with my pricing concern, ended up speaking to the owner who quickly resolved the issue to my satisfaction. It's refreshing to see a plumbing service being so customer service focused. Glad I called them. I will call them again for future needs.

Got linked up with Integrated Plumbing Solutions through Home Advisor. The person that called was very nice and helpful. He told me they could have someone out that day, gave me a choice of time and assured me they would have a technician there that day. The Technician texted me when he would arrive, He showed up, a very nice guy and very good plumber. He installed my new kitchen faucet, checked everything to be sure all was tight and working. This was my first time using Integrated Plumbing, they will get all my business from now on!!

They did a great job on the line and replacing the water heater. Corey went well above and beyond with the care and how nice he did his job. Would highly recommend!!

After discovering massive stains on my ceiling and walls I assumed I had a leak in my roof. After getting into the attic I quickly noticed I had a broken water pipe. I called IPS immediately and within the hour they were out and had it fixed. Ian was very prompt and knowledgeable. Thanks Ian and IPS.

Great Company! With water draining from my bathroom sink into the cabinet underneath, I had no idea what caused the flooding. Mike was very knowledgeable and focused on diagnosing the problem, which was not a leaking pipe, but instead was a loose stopper stem, which he replaced. Additionally, he made a trip to a home improvement store to pick up a new faucet (that I purchased online) and installed it beautifully. Outstanding work! Thank you so much for a new worry-free bathroom sink!
