James and his son arrived to install approx.100 ft of water line, several valves and a back flow preventer for an irrigation system. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. They asked several important questions and made adjustments to our original plan to accommodate my future needs. Their work was impeccable. Any tradesman that works according to best practices instead of just to code has my business. They are now my go to plumber! I have already recommended them to my neighbors. For those who say they are high priced, the other quotes I received for this job were 3 times higher. They may not be the cheapest, but they provide the best value for money of any plumber I have used in Georgia. Bravo guys. See you for the next project.

I can’t say enough about the service that was provided by American Freedom Plumbing. I recently moved my parents over to Powder Springs. They are still getting settled in and had some issues that they couldn’t fix on there own. I spoke with Ashley and she had a technician out right away. It was a simple issue that he resolved quickly. Most companies do not take the time out of their day for these small jobs. My parents are older and most certainly appreciated James and Ashley and the whole company. I will definitely use you again. I called American Freedom on Saturday, left a message, and Cameron called me within 15 minutes. I had already called several plumbers and gotten the runaround that it would either cost me a service charge to send out a plumber or they couldn't get out here until Monday, and there would still be an additional service charge. When Cameron called me, it was a breath of fresh air. He told me that he could be here in a hour and a half, and he would not charge me extra for a Saturday, nor would there be an any additional charges. So I did ask him to come out. I had replaced the insides of my toilet, but I was still having leaking. When Cameron looked at it, he said that I did everything right, even replaced the tank correctly, but I had a busted supply valve which would need to be replaced. He proceeded to fix it, and because I had water damage on the wood floor from the busted supply valve, he recommended that I talk to a restoration specialist, and had them call me. All of this happened in one day. I couldn't be happier with the service, and would recommend Cameron and American Freedom Plumbing to anyone. They are definitely a class act!

My mom accidentally lost her watch, wedding band and birthstone ring down the toilet. My daddy passed away last May so she was especially sad about the situation. They were married for 54 years and her wedding band means the world to her. We called American Freedom Plumbing and the owner and his brother in law came out to try to retrieve the jewelry. They were so compassionate and caring and tried their best to help. Sadly, it had all gotten washed out to the septic tank.
