Colin arrived within 1.5 hours of our call on a Sunday late night. Amazing! He was very friendly and professional with great experience. He was able to trouble shoot the issue and fix a sewer main blockage in approximately an hour. The pricing was reasonable for an emergency weekend call at night. We are very thankful and pleased with his work. The customer service and booking call with Becca was very friendly and helpful as well. Both met our expectations for top quality service and work.

Justin was very helpful in answering questions and informing us of our needs. Will continue using BHS if all employees are as kind and informative. Update: 5 stars. Justin had to reschedule our initial appointment due to weather and he showed up at the agreed upon time and did the job quickly. Will definitely reach out to Best Home Services for future needs
