I had a leak back in June that needed to be fixed again. It was leaking from their work. I called and made an appointment for between 11AM and 1. I called at 12:30 and was assured they were coming, but they were just running a little behind. I called at 4:30 and was told that there were "emergencies' ahead of me and that warranty work would come some time after. I pushed for how long their plumbers worked and would they get to me today. If not, would I be rescheduled for the next day. No, it would not be the next day as the next day was already full. Maybe this weekend or next week they could reschedule. I have tenants coming in this weekend and need the repair work completed. I was told someone might come out "late" tonight 9:00-10:00. I am not holding my breath. I paid almost 300$ for a pipe repair that is now ruining my closet floor. It would have been nice to be called that they were running late. It would have been better if they couldn't get me today they would take me first thing the next morning. Instead I would be rescheduled maybe next week. It would have been nice to know that warranty work was as important as any other work done. It would have been nice to know that I didn't spend almost 300$ for a simple pipe repair. It would have been nice to know if someone REALLY was coming out late tonight as was requested and made by the phone scheduler. It would be nice if I can rescind everything I just wrote because I was treated as an important customer. I will get back with you if I can.
