Jose is an honest and experienced plumber. His prices are great. Will definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

Plumber came, figured out what was needed. Quoted me a price. Said it might take several weeks for part to come in. He said he would call me with install date and price. Told him I needed work done this week. It's been a week with no call back or response despite me trying reach him. Poor way to run a business. Called another plumber. He says he can get part and install next week. His price far less than half quoted by True Plumbing.

When an unusual situation occurred, the men creatively and intelligently solved the problem. Also they were so careful and CLEAN :—). WHAT A LOVELY EXPERIENCE! The finished product is great!

I have used True Plumbing several times in the past and have always been pleased. This time I was having issues with my hot water and thought it was my tankless water heater. Mike came out right away to check on it and within minutes he found the problem was with my water softner system. He offered me options to either repair the system or to replace the system. i went with his suggestion to replace it because of it's age and I couldn't be happier! Mike is very knowledgeable, prompt and a great guy to work with!
