Absolutely fantastic. I would be hard pressed to express how great this company is in words, but I'll try. Prompt service, called on Tuesday to schedule a routine pump out service and they had me on the schedule for Friday. The crew arrived as promised, on time. Service was fast, friendly and professional. They provided input on future service and assessed the health of the system. Price was exactly as quoted over the phone. Don't bother with a big name brand chain, help the local businesses out like Darrell Crews. They are top notch, you won't be sorry!

Fast Service and fair pricing! I have a septic system with a lift pump. When the pump goes the tank fills and will back up in the house if you wait too long. Called Mr. Crews and he fit me in within 3 hours! No hidden fees and a fair price! Great service!

I just spent 900 dollars to champion septic to undo the work that this company did. About a month ago they installed a high water alarm the alarm went off last night. I called Darrel to fix a I thought he may have done good work. He couldn't make it so I called Champion Septic in Middleburg and he knew it was this companies work. He ended up finding cut wires and inadequate plug receptacles. Champion was able to show me the fault and replicated it. The pump wire was cut and never was working for a week now. I had to get the pump replaced. I will never use this company again he's the cheapest but it seems to be that you get what you pay for.

Bad company! They came out to do a inspection for the property I am selling. Broke my lid to the septic tank. And didn't even get a call from them telling me the lid got broken when they removed it (Which can happen). And there was a open hole in the ground which a child could of fall into for days! I don't live at the property and got a phone call from the buyers Realtor about the open septic. I would of paid for a new lid if they would of tell me that it broke that day. But they never called to tell me anything! And then when I called, they want to fight over the phone about it and never take responsibility for not calling about a open hole!
