We were in dire need of having our water remedied for every day use. Certain Services came out promptly to test our water and provided a clear and concise plan for our home. We decided to have their whole house reverse osmosis system installed. We are thoroughly impressed with the system and the entire transaction with the entire Certain Services company! Just had a full home RO system installed. Everything was fully explained by Bill prior to the install. He spent hours with my wife and I until we were knowledgeable enough to make an informed decision. Their service techs are outstanding, very knowledgeable, and very respectful. The ladies in the office are spot on. They can get the ball rolling and are very pleasant to work with. We had a few bumps in the road with my well and they would not quit until they had it perfect. They stand behind their work and went the extra mile for me. Thank you to Bill and his team!!! P.S. My water is fabulous!

I do not know what we would do without Certain Water. We love our RO system and would not trade it for anything, but it is Certain Water that allows us to keep and maintain it. When we have a problem, it is always diagnosed and addressed quickly and correctly. Every person involved is superior at what he or she does. I was having problems with blue water and my company could not help figure out what was wrong. Bill came out and fixed that problem! My system was old and stopped working and I knew I did not want to stay with my current company. Kelly was helpful through the process on the phone and Nick came out and installed my new system flawlessly! Thank you all! A+++++

Certain has always showed up the day of or the next day when we've had a problem with our water system. They are really knowledgeable as well as reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
