The staff at Pam Blount Plumbing is incredibly helpful. Anytime I have a plumbing problem, I bring the offending part to them, and they show me how to solve it myself, usually with a part that costs far less than I expected. On occasion, they've sent me away with advice that solves the problem without even selling me something. This is why I will go back time and time again to PBP. I have always gotten honest, reliable help and products from these fine folks. Don't go to the big box store!

This review is costing me $88. Gladly paying it to tell everyone not to bother with these scammers. $375 to run a snake in a single family one story house to clear a clog? No wonder they won't give you a firm quote until they get there. I guess they hope you're in such a jam that your have no choice. Spend $400 and buy your own commercial snake. Unlimited use and you don't have to deal with these guys!

Pam and her staff are terrific. They are very organized and cooperative. Jordan arrived promptly as scheduled with all the necessary parts to effect my requested repairs. He worked diligently and quietly to repair toilets and unplug drains. I would definitely recommend very highly!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Had contacted the company to have them come out and snake my plumping. They said they would have a gentleman calling me shortly by the name of Ron. Spoke with Ron gave him my information and He came out to snake the systems, "He never once stepped foot in my house to check anything not even to flush a toilet to ensure that he had snaked the system properly." When I came home that night and actually used the toilet the system was still not working properly. I contacted Ron but no answer, I then called the main number again and a lady by the name of Pam answered around 6:30pm. She told me I shouldn't be calling Ron which I thought was funny considering they had Ron calling me in the first place. "She clearly had hired an unlicensed subcontractor" She indicated she couldn't do anything for me and that nothing was guaranteed. I can understand nothing being guaranteed but the simple fact that it Had not even been 24 hours and the system was clearly never unclogged troubles me as to what what type of company she is running. But even worse was the way she spoke to me as if I was a piece of trash it was my fault they didn't do the job correctly and then take $250 and fix NOTHING nor was willing to help find a solution speaks volumes about her character and this company. Completely unprofessional. I had to hire another company that afternoon, spend another $250 to get it done correctly. Pam if your company is truly a Quality company and stand behind your work you would refund me the $250 for the piss poor work you did or come back out and do the job correctly or should we say the unlicensed sub contractor you hired.
