Everyone was very helpful and made sure I was at ease the entire time. Like most homeowners, I panic when there's a sign of water damage. The Restoration team were very helpful, and I still can't believe the distance the workers traveled due to shortage. My house is now dry, but currently waiting to get some work done from my insurance end.
The service and technicians were phenomenal! They came in assessed the situation and got a team right out to take care of my emergency situation. I was very impressed with the team which was Spencer Tech # 6037, Charles Tech # 6569, and Rashad Tech # 6754. They were "over the top" for customer service. They were very polite, never complained (about moving things) were quick and accurate on site, cleaned thoroughly, set up all equipment. Explained and should me how to work them in case of a tripped breaker and Spencer always called prior to arriving to make sure it was okay. The entire process was smooth ...even though there was a disaster in our home and Spencer would remind me that he was available for any questions I may have. I would highly recommend this company in case there is a water restoration/disaster in your home! Thank you for your exceptional service! ~SP
Clogged, backup up, mess. Roto-router was called. Their reputation is outstanding their service all from the main headquarters to the local office of communication was excellent. Then Milton showed up at late night hours, spent his skilled time diagnosing the best way as well as very nice and clean. He cleaned as he worked, which is nice considering circumstances. I would defiantly call them on all my cleaning needs. Thank You!!
Dillon did a great job fixing my water heater. I was having trouble for over two months. He was able to figure out what was wrong and fix it. He was great to work with, and kept me informed about everything he was doing. I will recommend Dillon and Roto Rooter for anyone who has a plumbing- related problem.
Robert was personable, professional and a pleasure to work with. He came up with an innovative approach to attack a clogged sewer line the didn't require the removal of my beautiful (but difficult to install) skirted toilet. Would definitely hire again.
