Very nice, patient and helpful!
They came on time, explained everything, and got right to work.
I agree with Martin. They called 10 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive and it was the wrong day. The guys was so irritable and condescending he made my pregnant wife cry.
Do not use this company!!!!! They are very unprofessional and have absolutely no communication skils whatsoever. I was given no heads-up or time when they would arrive (which they tried to do unannounced), when I could not accomodate their schedule, I was told that I had missed my window and I had to reschedule for the next day. So I go another day without water. Use any other company but this one, Assoctaed Plumbers!!!
