Not only did Metro Plumbing fix the concern I had, they were incredibly accommodating. I was able to make an appointment that fit easily into my schedule. Also, the estimate they had given prior to the work they did was accurate, there were no hidden surprises. I plan on using their services in the near future for additional work I need done. Thank you, Metro Plumbing!

Metro Plumbing was quick to respond to our needs and very helpful in explaining how they were going to fix our problem with our kitchen sink. They didn't try to "nickel and dime" us and offered cost saving solutions so we didn't spend a fortune on getting a brand new sink. I would highly recommend this company.

My condo complex has been using Metro for years. Yes they come out right away and are fast but its believed they are taking advantage of us. We received an estimate from them for a project and we would normally just say okay lets go ahead. This time the association decided to get a few more quotes. Metro is charging twice as much. Then recently they repaired a broking pipe for us. We had the drywall patched and they said we will come back out to reconnect the dishwasher that had to be disconnected for the work. They charged us for the reconnection which is ridiculous. I could maybe understand paying for the gas mileage but not the amount they invoiced us for. Our association will be using a new plumbing company for the first time ever. I personally don't like being taking advantage of and don't want anyone else to be. Be sure to shop around before using Metro plumbing.

All in all, I'm extremely happy with the service Brian, the plumber, provided on behalf of Metro Plumbing. It's just the high price that this company charged that makes me give them a three star rating. We are new to West Palm Beach and thus have no real idea of what it costs for a licensed and insured plumber to change a tub/shower valve, tub spout and drain in this area; so maybe this is normal for this area. So, I'll just say what we paid for and you can be the judge. The shower spout was fine as is and we had already purchased the new fixtures, so the only materials the plumber used was about a foot of copper tubing and a bit of solder. After looking at what was needed, plumber said the company quoted $450 dollars for the job, which really floored us because it seemed to be a good $200 more than we'd ever paid back home. But they were the only company that had the licenses and insurance in place that called us back and we really wanted the work done that day, so we agreed. He had to cut out a piece of the tiled wall to get at the pipes, but since we're getting all our tiles and the backboard replaced, it was not practical to install the new tub spout. We asked if the $450 included returning to install the spout, once we had the new backboard and tiles installed and, after verifying with the company, he said it would be another $75 for the second trip cost. So, the entire job, not including the money we'd already spent on the fixtures, ends up being $525, when we call him back. I didn't expect that. The job the plumber did took about two hours and it was well done. He was polite and cleaned up after himself and made sure he didn't damage the tub while doing the work. It turns out the tread count on our old tub's drain is not the same as the new one we'd bought, and he even though he tried out the one he had in his van, it didn't work either and he had to put back the old one after I'd cleaned it up. Not his fault at all. As I said, he was excellent and the service provided was very good, it's just the high price that's a bit hard to accept.

We had Metro Plumbing remove an old sink and install an industrial style sink at the Town of Palm Beach United Way. They did a great job, no issues to date with the work. They were easy to work with and the price was super reasonable. We'd hire them again. They've also done work in our building too (The Palm Beach Towers) so that was great news for us.
