We needed plumbing work on my mom's home before she came home from the hospital. Echols came out the next day, took care of everything at a very reasonable rate. The plumber was courteous and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Echols. They have also performed AC work for us and again did an excellent job at good rates.
Can't say that the company is bad but one guy who works there, John, is very unprofessional! Is very hateful. Doesn't wanna hear what the experience of problem you have. Charged $180 to use a plunger and left with still having the problem. Company sends him back after contacting them and he made horrible messes through out the home...drips the plunger thru the home(on carpet too)! Then has to use snake after all which we suggested in the first place since we already used a plunger before calling them to begin with! Won't use these guys again cause don't want this guy back here EVER!
