I had called to have a main sewer line cleaned (Stopped Up ) at 1pm was told it would take 4hours for someone to arrive and that she wanted payment over the phone I told her payment will be made when services were done not before , got a call at 5:10 pm and was told no-one would be able to get to it till the next day, I explained that this was a 4 bed 4 bath apt ,she didn't care , was told they were short staffed and had no-one available . I have used ASAP in the past and was never treated like this . It's very unacceptable to have such a large service company run like this . What a shame .
I was very impressive with the overall experience of working with ASAP Plumbing. There prices are fair and work is always conducted in a timely manner. Great company and great people at ASAP Plumbing.
ASAP did a great job for me. I was working on a fixer-upper and called several plumbing companies for a quote. ASAP gave me a completive estimate for replacing two toilets and 3 sinks. They were there when they said they would be and completed the job quickly and professionally and followed up to make sure I was happy with the work. I would use them again.
They have worked on my rental Propertys for years Shane is a great. Guy Very pleasant
