We needed our hot water heater replaced and Pro-Tech came out the next day and took care of it quickly and efficiently. Joe Wolff is an awesome technician who I will ask for by name in the future. Our new heater looks and works great. Can’t say enough about how well they took care of us.

Had pro tech repair a slab leak and the job could not have turned out better. Fast, efficient and friendly. Showed up as promised, assessed the damage, provided a remedy with a fare estimate and completed the work within 3 1/2 hours.

Showed up within the time promised., (for Naples that is a plus).Joe W., the plumber was very knowledgeable and professional. I asked him to add a new water shutoff which he did promptly. He is a genuine asset for the company Hopefully they recognize him as such. The only reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 stars is because the office quoted me a price based on two plumbers installing and Joe W was the only installer. Price charged was as they quoted plus Joe added the cost of the new shutoff that I asked for. Pro-Tech Plumbing is a company that I would definitely recommend.

Brian responded to our emergency call for an external broken pipe on the side of our house. Our neighbor informed us of the problem which flooded his driveway. Brian had to wait for the city to turn off the supply of water to our house and there was a problem with the size of the key so their was a delay. Bryan was knowledgeable, professional and much more pleasant than I would have been, working quite a while in the dark, completing the job successfully after 10:00 pm. Thanks Brian. ProTec has the best employees.
