Reno Power - Rinnai services

I was told by others that Steve was the lead authority on tankless water systems in our area. We had issues at our Lazy Lobster LBK location and were running out of hot water too frequently. Steve and Reno Power diagnosed and fixed our problem on a unit they did not install in a timely, skilled and professional manner. Highly recommend.

It is always great when you you encounter a business and owner whose knowledge and expertise is only matched by his honesty and integrity. Our restaurant spent over $1400 dollars with 3 different plumbers to "evaluate" are hot water supply problem. All three reaching the same conclusion of needing more time and resources to evaluate our problem. Steve confidently and quickly found our problem, fixed in on the spot all for the basic service call price of $125! To say I highly recommend Steve and this Reno Power is a vast understatement!

This is the second time Reno Power has installed a tankless water heater for us (two different houses). We really appreciate how knowledgeable, responsive, and professional they are. We decided to get a recirculating tankless heater and are thrilled with how quickly we get hot water, even at the farthest taps! Glad we went with the recirculating option. Highly, highly recommend Reno Power.

Steve at Reno Power gave superior service - 2 days after Hurricane Irma! I had an electrician friend look at it first - and he trouble shot with Rinnai - it was decided I needed 2 new parts...Steve's troubleshooting determined I only needed one! And most impressive, he didn't try to sell me a new unit which it what most do! Thanks, Steve!

I am a plumbing contractor & anytime I get a call for a tankless water heater repair I refer these guys. They specialize in all brands of tankless water heaters & they have all the parts on their truck. Very knowledgeable, fair priced and fast. If you have a TWH problem, don't waste your time with the others.
