Needed water valves for washing machine replaced. Called that morning And by 4 pm work was done. Great job, Great price and cleaned up after. Richard did an awesome job! Highly recommend.

We called Alligator on July 3rd in the morning, and Eric showed up that same afternoon! We couldn’t believe it! We needed him to check our sink because we had suddenly lost water pressure and were concerned there was a leak somewhere that we couldn’t find. Eric diagnosed the issue in minutes! He then checked our water heaters for us and agreed we need to change them but didn't pressure us to feel like he had to do it. Overall, he was professional, he was friendly, and we were very happy with the service we received! Thank you Eric! Our sink works again!

Called Wednesday morning, they were here by 2 PM same day. Cleared a drain blockage in my laundry room. Thank you Shawn and Lee. They even cleaned my floors. Awesome job, guys!!!

Had a blockage in my main sewage line. Called out a competitor of Alligator Plumbing Supply and Service. They 'cleaned it out' said that I had roots and tried to push a multiple thousand dollar repair. I wasn't going to buy them so they left. By the next day it was backed up again. So I called Alligator Plumbing, they came out the same day they cleaned out the entire line. They did confirm that I had roots, but instead of trying to push expensive repairs, they made sure the line was actually clear of blockages and offered alternatives to those expensive repairs. If in the future if I do need to spend more money to repair the line, I'll call these guys.
