I would not know what I would have done without Pro-Tech. All departments I have used. My home was built in 1962. My realtor and inspector failed to tell me the truth about the home. The second day- looked on line for a plumber. (First phone call). Pro-Tech was the one I chose. Had just moved from Virginia. Didn’t know anyone. They worked with me in so many ways. You might get something cheaper, but you want have the quality of service. 24 hours a day. Seven days a week. They are so professional and nice. With the exception of the duct work, we had to have our entire system replaced. John, Omar and Eric were all great! John explained several options and answered all my numerous questions. Omar and Eric worked two long days in order to ensure that the system was properly installed and functioning well. They also answered all my gazillion questions with patience. The system is working great! Thank you guys!!
Joel was on time and very polite. Kept abreast of what he was inspecting and his findings and solutions. He showed me several things about the unit and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Currently we have been saving between 125 and 150 dollars a month in comparison to our previous AC unit. Thank you Pro-Tech
Jose, is amazing. He was able to diagnose a fuse that blew, and restore our air conditioning very quickly. Jose, busted his butt and worked non-stop. Jose is Superman. This is the second time I have used pro-tech. There was a snag in scheduling and Pro-Tech kicked butt, worked out the issue, and they were so nice. USE PRO-TECH!!!
