Great Service!!! Carlos Labrador took the time to fully explain the problem with my drain field. He was very knowledgeable and patient. He answered all of my questions and explained the options. He didn't try to sell me... he informed me. Lapin handled all of the permitting and paperwork. Carlos and Tyler kept me informed through the entire process. The backhoe crew was just as great. They were punctual, professional and courteous. They located all of my service entries, performed their duties and did not leave any unnecessary collateral damage.
