I can't say enough about how wonderful this company was to deal with. Our technician, Will Martinez, was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. He worked with us to stay within our budget and told us about a maintenance program that they offer as well. That was much appreciated! Overall, great experience and will be using them again!

I needed a plumber to come and fix my very clogged toilet. I called mid morning and Veronica was courteous, upbeat and positive when making a same day appointment for me. The tech, Franklin, called me 20 min prior to his arrival, as promised, and was actually early!! He explained the process, the two possible treatment options and then quickly and efficiently got the job done. He was very respectful and hardworking. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again for plumbing needs! (PS: love that they don’t charge a service fee - you simply get charged for the work that’s done!)

Will Martinez and his apprentice were fantastic. Very professional and courteous. Took care of our bathroom sink and toilet clogs on New Year's Eve without complaining. Respectful of our home, being careful not to damage anything or make a mess They stayed until the job was done. Reasonable prices for great service.

Winter Garden – July 2nd This was one of the best experiences I have had with any company in quite some time. In a day when companies are incapable of arriving as scheduled or even showing up at all it was refreshing to have R.J. Kielty Plumbing restore my faith. I scheduled an appointment to remove my 80 gallon HW tank and plum in my electric one. I was given an arrival window of 8:00am to 12:00pm. I received a text message at 7:44am that Will Martinez was on his way. With in minutes, Will called to confirm the same. Wow! Two points of contact to communicate with the customer (unheard of these days). Will arrived shortly there after and immediately reviewed the job and answered all of my questions. Will Martinez has far exceeded my expectations. He was patient and thorough to explain what and why he was doing what he was. The workmanship was flawless and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
