Had a lot of questions. It was time to replace my tank Water Heater we had a slow leak and we were considering Tankless. Spoke to Jorge. He was very informative and took his time answering all our questions. When we finally decided it was time to replace we contacted Jorge and he was able to get the work done the same afternoon. Their installers were prompt and courteous. They explained the " How To" of the new tank. I had hot water within 30 minutes. I would / have recommended them.
I spoke with George. I needed a gas water heater replacement for my residence. George was great. Installation was scheduled for between 8 and 9 am. The plumber arrived at 8:45 and the installation was completed before 10:00 am. This was truly a great experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Miami Water Heater.
