Peaden Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical

I had Peaden renovate a bathroom for me. They installed a shower surround, tub, toilet, vanity and associated plumbing. I don't have any problem with the plumbing they did but had some pretty major issues with the customer service. Apparently, one of the plumbers that carried our vanity in for installation hurt his back in the process. From that point on, his behavior was unacceptable. When they found that the vanity height required either a modification of the cabinet or a change to the plumbing, he got angry and was rude to my wife and I. We aren't plumbers and have to rely on his expertise to make the hardware fit the plumbing. My wife spoke with a supervisor at Peaden who was helpful but at the end of the day, the plumber was rude and difficult to deal with. If I'm spending $4K for work, I expect it to be a seamless process. Further, Peaden sent out a tech to look at another job that we needed done several weeks prior. He said he would follow up with a camera to look at a drain pipe in order to determine if it was the right size to add another bathroom. We never heard from him and there was no follow up.

Tim W plumber was a big help in getting us what we needed to fix our orange water. His knowledge and experience was so helpful in making a decision on what we needed. We are so happy. He also did a fantastic job on fixing the spigot on our tub with the help of PN P. Thank you so much we are so glad we called your company. The prices were fair and having someone come out right away is the best!!

Most definitely would recommend!! Cody who was the Technician who did our work. Cody was fantastic. He was skilled in his recommendations and work plus was just very courteous and kind. My wife and I would highly recommend Peadon as a company and highly recommend Cody as a Technician.

The person who came out & took measurements for the installation of our new air conditioning unit. He forgot to take into account of the door & door frame. The installation crew had to delay the installation because the unit was too large.. That delay caused the installation crew not to be able to complete the install in one day as we were told by the person taking the measurements. The delay could have been prevented if the person doing the measurements did the job correctly or pass the information about possible problems that the installation crew might encounter. The installation crew had to stay late 8 p.m. the first day. The installation crew was great 5 star rating. Kept us informed of things. The guy taking measurements get a terrible rating - maybe 2 stars.

When I called Peaden for an estimate on replacing my heat and air system, Johnathan scheduled an appointment the next morning. He arrived promptly and was very courteous and professional. He gave me useful information in deciding on an energy efficient system that will best meet the needs of our home and provided a very reasonable, detailed quote before he left.
